Gospel
SHOWINGS: Saturday-August 2nd, Friday-August 8th
Taken mostly from the Gospel of St Matthew, with new songs composed by Stephen Schwartz (of “Wicked” fame) this heart-felt show interweaves the story of Jesus and his followers from baptism to resurrection with re-imagined hymns, beautifully harmonized songs and jubilant musical numbers. It’s an inspiring celebration of light triumphing over darkness---serving as a hopefilled reminder that a small group of people can change the world.
