Waterville Valley has been hosting groups large and small for decades. Our world-class Conference Center, country inns & grand lodges, coupled with our variety of restaurants and 4-season recreational facilities, have groups of all sizes raving. Conference and meeting groups can utilize one of New Hampshire's largest conference facilities accommodating groups of 25 to 1,000 people. Our Freedom Pass will give attendees access to golf, tennis, mountain biking, boating, chair lift rides, hiking and ice-skating in their free time. In the colder months packages include alpine skiing, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, and ice skating. Attendees will also have year-round access to the White Mountain Athletic Club, offering indoor tennis, weight room and Olympic-sized pool. Waterville Valley is conveniently located off Interstate 93, just 2 hours from Boston and 1 hour from Manchester-Boston Regional Airport, so attendees can get here with ease. WATERVILLE ROOM
The Waterville Valley Room is 4,735 square feet of meeting space, which can be divided into 2 sections for smaller sessions. The Waterville Valley Room is our largest room, seating up to 410 people.
TRUE GRIT ROOM
The True Grit room located on the 3rd floor provides an intimate meeting area inspiring fresh ideas. True Grit is one of our smaller rooms, perfect for a breakout room or small group meeting.
SPEAKEASY
The Speakeasy is a favorite for refreshing cocktail receptions. French doors leading to our expansive deck bring the spectacular mountain views indoors.
FREESTYLE LOUNGE
The Freestyle Lounge, located slope-side at the ski resort, offers over 3000 square feet of banquet space. Large windows and beautiful mountain views offer the perfect setting for this truly unique dining location.
MAIN DINING ROOM
The Main Dining room is the perfect setting to host your alpine brunch banquet, luncheon, or dinner.
