Witches have taken over Waterville Valley, and it’s up to YOU to find as many as you can! Throughout the month of October, look high and low for Witches hiding around Valley businesses, use the Witch Hunt Scavenger Clues to find as many as you can, and report back to the Silver Fox Inn for your Witch-approved candy treat. Do you accept the spooky call of the hunt?

Mark your calendar! Everyone is invited to the annual WVRA meeting and social on Tuesday, Oct. 28, starting at 4 p.m., at the Waterville Valley Conference Center.
The soiree will include music by the legendary Stas, an open bar, hors d’oeuvres, a recap of WVRA's successes, and the recognition of five outstanding individuals who have contributed to Waterville Valley for three-plus decades.

Diane Vermeersch. Former guest services manager, Adventure Center (in the 90’s), and White Mountain Athletic Club services manager (since 2000).

Arpie Beaman. Guest Services (early 90’s), Legends, Village Condos, and White Mountain Athletic Club (since 1995).
Last year was our second year honoring Waterville Valley employees, including the Fab Five: Joan Sweeney, Therese Enos, Lisa Dutto, Jean Brosseau AKA ‘Mean Jean,’ and Sarah Salivonchik.
We hope this year’s event continues to grow. See you all there!

Join the Grand Gobbler and his Flock of Fine Feathered, Fowl Friends for the 13th Annual Cold Turkey Plunge to Benefit Waterville Valley Adaptive Sports on Saturday, November 29th at Corcoran Pond in beautiful Waterville Valley, NH. As always, your efforts will be rewarded with an official Plunge Shirt, and other incentives and goodies! Prizes will be awarded for the most funds raised (team & individual) and the best costume (team & individual). Costumes are encouraged but optional. Having fun is not optional, it is required!
Santa arrives soon after the Plunge and the Town Square will be rocking and decorated for a fantastic holiday season kick-off. It is always a "don't miss" event!
All Plungers are required to raise a minimum of $50 in donations.

Guests will load the chair between 8:30am-8:50am and the service will begin once the last guest arrives at the summit (9am). Guests will then have the option to ride the lift down or hike down after the service.

The 18th Annual Fall Foliage Foot Race Fun Run, 5k & 10-mile Trail Race is set for Sunday, October 12th, 2025! This classic event will start and finish at Waterville Valley Resort Town Square between the Ice Arena and Corcoran Pond. This 5k is a USATF certified course (#NH11020RF) and a family favorite.

Online Registration is now open! You may visit the Waterville Valley Recreation Department at 11 Noon Peak Rd. NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION! Packet pickup held in Town Square Sunday morning beginning at 8am. The first 100 people to register will receive a FREE event T-shirt. Following the race there will be an awards ceremony with prizes donated by supportive local businesses & music!

CATCH THE CHURCH CHAIR WITH US ON SNOW’S MOUNTAIN FOR A MOUNTAIN-TOP NON-DENOMINATIONAL CHURCH SERVICE!
Guests will load the chair between 8:30am-8:50am and the service will begin once the last guest arrives at the summit (9am). Guests will then have the option to ride the lift down or hike down after the service.
The chairlift ride is complimentary for this church service.

Waterville Valley Adaptive Sports is excited to announce that we are partnering for our 3rd year with UNH’s Northeast Passage to host our Adaptive Cycling Series!
Join us on Saturday, June 28, July 19, August 16, September 13 and October 4th! Each day we will have two sessions: from 10:00AM-12:00PM and from 1:00PM-3:00PM. You're welcome to sign up for either or both! NEP will be bringing adaptive cycles suited to everyone's individual needs, from recumbents, hand cycles, tandems and much more!

26th Annual Chili Challenge
26TH ANNUAL CHILI CHALLENGE
TOWN SQUARE, WATERVILLE VALLEY
Waterville Valley restaurants compete in Town Square for the title of the best chili in the Valley! With your admission fee, you’ll get to sample of every restaurant’s chili and cast your vote to a chili ballot.
FEE: $7.50 for adults and $5 for kids 12 and under.
Along side the chili will be the Annual Ralley in the Valley all vehicle show, presented by the East Coast Camaro Club. Awards, and 50/50 raffle. $20 donation; proceeds to benefit a charity. Registration at gate. Rain or shine.
Live entertainment will be at the Gazebo stage in Town Square from 12-3pm.
Come out enjoy good food, good music and, sweet cars!
