Yoga in Waterville Valley offers variety of yoga classes in Waterville Valley Town Square including Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Restorative and Meditation. Explore your potential by learning new moves that build strength, balance and sensory awareness. All Helen's classes are open levels. Mind & Body Yoga class trains our breath, movement, sensing and intuition. We work up to a flow that builds strength and balance. Then we return to the floor for stretching with long holds. Blocks, blankets, bolsters, and straps are optional, and you’ll receive personal assistance for set-up in restorative postures. At the end we do a deep Savasana with Yoga Nidra. The session lasts approximately an hour and fifteen minutes. You’ll lose track of time without doubt!
Yoga is located on the 2nd floor above The Bookmonger, and is conducive for yoga with natural sunlight. Helen teaches also 'Open Levels Yoga' Sundays, 9am, year round at the White Mountain Athletic Club which has a new room with windows. Schedule can vary depending on the season.
