New Fall Yoga and Tai Chi Schedule in Waterville Valley this Fall

Tai Chi is back in the Valley this Fall.  This class is designed for everyone: No special equipment or clothing needed. Class runs Tuesdays from October 9 - December 18 (no class Nov. 6) from 5:30-6:30 pm. To sign up call the Rec at (603) 236-4695.



Dana Buck studies under the renowned, 3rd generation, tai chi grand master, Tung Kai Ying. She teaches “Yang” style long form and other traditional tai chi forms including qigong and sword. Dana has been practicing tai chi for over 25 years. She has been teaching tai chi in the Boston area since 2003. Her instruction emphasizes proper body alignment, relaxation and mindfulness.

A new Fall Yoga season is underway with 3 weekly, on-going classes.  Enjoy the Fall Foliage capital of New England!

TUESDAYS* 9:00-10:15 am and FRIDAYS* 9:00-10:15 am in the  Town Square.  Please note that there is no Thursday class until Winter season.

SUNDAYS* 9:00-10:15, White Mountain Athletic Club


Classes at Town Square are Open-Levels, Mind & Body Vinyasa or Hatha styles.  You'll learn self-awareness so that you can practice what is appropriate for you. Town Square is fully equipped with bolsters, blankets, blocks and straps.  Yoga classes at White Mountain Athletic Club is mostly a faster-paced Vinyasa Flow with breath awareness.  Privates are available by appointment.
