Waterville Valley in New Hampshire’s White Mountains hosts the annual Fall Foliage Celebration over Columbus Day weekend, Saturday, October 6 through Monday, October 8.  The weekend is full of family fun with activities for all ages including free outdoor concerts, tent sales, a ski swap, 5K road race, 1.6K fun run, 10-mile trail race, craft beer sampling, kid’s games, pumpkin painting, a live animal presentation and more.

Waterville Valley Resort President, Tim Smith, will lead a guided hike up Green Peak, the resort’s first major trail expansion in more than  30 years. Green Peak added 40+ acres of ski and snowboard trails and 12 acres of glades. Skiers and riders can pick-up ski season passes during the Fall Foliage Celebration.
