This class inspires all levels and adults. You don't need to be the super-flexible yoga image that you see in social media to participate.
What to Expect: This somatic workshop trains our breath, movement, gazing (drsti), sensing, and intuition. We start off with 15 minutes of meditation. We then move to small, vinyasa movements that are done lying down before coming up on our feet. On our feet, we will do a short, vinyasa flow to heat up. Then we return to the floor for yin stretching with long holds. Blocks, blankets, bolsters, and straps are optional, and you'll receive personal assistance for set-up in restorative postures. The session lasts approximately an hour and 45 minutes. You'll lose track of time without doubt!
This private workshop is available by appointment for individuals and groups. It is held in a fully equipped yoga studio located in Waterville Valley Town Square. The studio is located on the 2nd floor above The Bookmonger, and is conducive for yoga with natural sunlight. The studio can accommodate up to 20 people.
