Waterville Valley’s Restaurants are Waiting for all Hungry Visitors

Before starting an adventurous day or after a long day of boating, swimming or biking, there’s nothing better than a good meal. At Waterville Valley the choices range between fish tacos, sandwiches, wraps, salads, pasta and even Mexican food.

For breakfast you can go to The Waterville Mercantile Bakery, a coffee shop and bakery that offers a variety of freshly brewed hot and ice coffees, premium teas, hot cocoa as well as delicious fresh baked goods and grab-n-go breakfast items including: croissants, bagels, muffins, donuts, cereal, oatmeal and yogurts. Le Tasse is a 25-seat café offering specialty coffees as well as a variety of loose-leaf teas, chai tea, hot chocolate, pastries, and breakfast sandwiches. For those you who want a snack in the afternoon, this café serves local beer, wine and light fare, such as quiche, meatballs, savory wraps, soups and salads.

For a special meal, Coyote Grill offers creative dishes in pasta, fresh seafood and grilled steaks. Chef Sean Stout is in charge of the kitchen and his achievements include distinguished five star ratings at several New England restaurants, appearances on TV culinary shows, and personal appearances at major culinary retail outlets. They serve dinners, and have a new pool-side eatery at the White Mountain Athletic Club.

La Hacienda Mexicana is the new restaurant in Town Square and features authentic Mexican cuisine such as Guacamole de Molcajete (fresh guacamole prepared tableside), Mole Poblano, Fajitas, Arrachera (skirt steak served with rice, beans and pico de gallo), and Fan or helado frito (fried ice cream) ends the meal on a sweet note.

If you’re a sports fan head to Legends 1291 and while you’re watching the game enjoy some ribs or a burger. Across from Legends 1291 is Olde Waterville Pizza Company, the place to go for pizza. The restaurant uses the freshest ingredients and top-quality cheeses and meats on all their pizzas, pastas or appetizers. Mulligan’s Tap Room & Eatery also offers appetizers, as well as signature sandwiches, wraps, salads and soups.

Sugar Rush Ice Cream & Candy is open all day with the best sweets around, it has a selection of candies, fine chocolates, novelties, fresh-scooped ice cream and gelato. You can even take a picture with Elvis... What’s not to like?
